After closer inspection (and advice from you) it appears I am just stupid and I can add fish to the other screen separately and that the zooming in and out is a feature that can be turned on and off.

The zooming in and out is a feature I forgot to mention. It shows you the tank then focuses on specific fish for a bit. The demo randomly shows you features like that but you can turn it off if you buy the screen saver.

Cool screen saver but it goes all funky on my dual monitors. The fish only swim on my wide screen and it does this strange zooming in and out effect and the fish never go on to my 2nd non-widescreen screen :(
