No sense in telling someone to upgrade if they don't have the ability to do so. Facebook knows that and hey know they have to continue to support IE6. So now they just have a message about upgrading and the same amount of development work as always. I guess they are trying to push new browsers on anyone who has the power to upgrade and that's a good thing...
