Snowboarding This Weekend!!!

This morning I watched a video of people snowboarding at Whistler on opening weekend. As I watched I longed for enough snow to snowboard in Ontario. It happened!!! The Weather Network is calling for up to 20cm of snow in the next 24 hours. Horseshoe Resort has been making snow for the past few days and they plan to open tomorrow, November 22nd. With any luck I will be snowboarding at Horseshoe Resort with Alison this Saturday. It will probably suck. I am excited!

November 21st, 2007 at 4:26 pmThey’ll only have 2 runs open and that web cam is pointed at the wrong runs. Lots of snow tonight and tomorrow, cold friday, snow saturday…. it’s gonna be good! They’ll be making insane amounts of snow.

November 22nd, 2007 at 12:17 amI can’t wait! I’m super pumped!! And 5 days worth of snow-making should be more than enough.. because they’ve put the opening date up on their website, so they are opening this weekend!
